1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using cv200.lk (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This Service is owned, maintained, and operated exclusively by Damith Graphics. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the platform.

2. Description of Service & User Eligibility

cv200.lk provides automated digital formatting tools, curated templates, and AI-assisted generation modules to assist users in compiling job application resumes. To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years of age or have explicit legal guardian consent. Account credentials are for individual use only; sharing credentials or systematically exporting design frameworks is strictly prohibited.

3. No Guarantee of Employment Outcomes

We provide structural optimization tools designed to follow modern hiring standards. However, cv200.lk and Damith Graphics do not guarantee, warrant, or represent that using our Service will result in employment, career advancement, interview invitations, or successful job placement. Hiring decisions are completely out of our control, and we are not liable for any outcomes related to your job application process.

4. Accuracy, Verification & AI Limitations (User Responsibility)

Our integration utilizes artificial intelligence models to suggest summaries, descriptions, and structural keywords. AI models are inherently subject to limitations, including "hallucinations," structural inaccuracies, or contextual mismatches. It is 100% your responsibility to read, review, edit, and thoroughly verify every word in your generated CV before downloading or presenting it to an employer. Damith Graphics is not responsible for any typos, misrepresentations, or incorrect information found in your final document.

5. Payment, Activation Processing & Accidental Double Charges

All prices listed on cv200.lk are final and non-negotiable. For Bank Transfers: Your account or premium template activation is dependent on human verification. You must submit a clear, valid payment receipt or transaction reference image exactly as outlined in the checkout instructions. Damith Graphics is not responsible for any activation delays due to missing, blurry, or incorrect receipts. In the event of an accidental double charge caused by card gateway latency via PayHere, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp with transaction IDs for both logs, and we will issue an immediate reversal for the duplicate charge.

6. Platform Uptime, Maintenance & Data Loss Prevention

While we strive for a seamless digital environment, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily offline for scheduled server upgrades, security patches, or hosting provider maintenance. cv200.lk is not liable for data loss, document corruption, or unsaved drafts resulting from server issues, browser crashes, or accidental account modifications. We highly recommend downloading and keeping a local backup copy of your completed document as soon as it is generated.

7. Intellectual Property & Limited License Grant

The visual structures, design systems, layouts, proprietary code, mesh combinations, text assets, and branding marks used on cv200.lk are the exclusive intellectual property of Damith Graphics. Upon a successful transaction, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, single-use personal license to use the generated PDF layout for your personal job search. Commercial redistribution, template extraction, or reverse engineering of our layouts is legally actionable.

8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted under Sri Lankan law, Damith Graphics, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, business interruption, or missed career opportunities—arising from the use or inability to use this platform. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Damith Graphics against any claims or legal expenses resulting from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are strictly governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising directly out of your use of cv200.lk will be handled exclusively within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sri Lanka.
